The tray tips

Claim land and that side grows heavy. Read the tilt, cut uphill, and keep the tray level for three stars.

Round things roll

Olives, gold pies and dozy dumplings slide downhill. Tip a pest into a spout and Gravy gobbles it up.

Bosses that fight back

Every course ends with a dish that won't sit still. Undermine it, outweigh it or cut it apart, then serve it to the Queen.
